Job summary

Diagnostic Imaging Centers of Texas (DICOT) is seeking a dependable X-ray Technologist for our outpatient imaging clinic in Texas. You will deliver diagnostic X-ray imaging with safety and compassion, follow physician orders and imaging protocols, and document patient information in EHR.

Experience in diagnostic radiology is preferred but not required. ARRT certification and CPR are required. Join a team focused on exemplary patient care in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in a diagnostic radiology or hospital setting preferred but not required.
• ARRT certified.
• Current CPR certification.
• Confidence in technical skills and ability to adapt protocols based on patient needs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional patient care, ensuring safety, comfort, and compassion throughout the imaging process.
• Perform high-quality diagnostic X-rays in accordance with physician orders and imaging protocols.
• Operate and maintain X-ray equipment, addressing any technical issues as needed.
• Review and verify images for diagnostic accuracy and quality.
• Accurately document patient information and imaging details in electronic health records (EHR).
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure efficient workflows and timely results.
• Build positive relationships with patients by creating a welcoming and supportive atmosphere.
