Diagnostic Imaging Centers of Texas (DICOT) is seeking a Patient Services Representative at an outpatient imaging center in El Paso, TX. You will greet patients, verify referrals and authorizations, collect co-pays, maintain patient records, and schedule appointments with accuracy and care.

The role emphasizes compassionate, patient-centered service and collaboration with the clinical team to ensure a smooth patient visit and timely processing of documents. Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Professional and welcoming demeanor.
• Healthcare/front office experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients, ensuring accurate registration and a welcoming experience.
