Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or related technical field.
• 7 years of IT experience in a regulated manufacturing environment or similar.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into technology roadmaps and executable plans.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing across functions.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and coordination of education platform transformation technology solutions.
• Translate priorities into a business-led technology roadmap (0–5 years).
• Serve as trusted technology partner for site leadership and stakeholders.
• Own identification, translation, and lifecycle management of site technology demand.
• Ensure alignment to enterprise product categories and global ecosystems.
• Develop and maintain site IT roadmap and investment justification.
• Drive speed-to-value through Agile and iterative delivery practices.
• Establish regular communications with stakeholders on roadmap progress and risks.
• Partner with external vendors for resourcing, delivery quality, and governance.
• Manage IT budgets, cost optimization, and total cost of ownership.
• Oversee incident management, risk mitigation, and reliability metrics.
• Embed quality, safety, regulatory compliance, and cybersecurity in roadmaps.
• Provide site technology leadership and coordinate internal teams and vendors.
