Job summary

Production Futures Limited is seeking a Technical Services Specialist (xR/VP) to support ESPN and NYC clients from our hybrid NYC office. The role demands hands-on expertise with xR workflows, VP technology, and real-time rendering, with travel to client sites as needed.

You will collaborate with design, project management, and engineering teams to ensure projects meet scope, budget, and deadlines, while continually updating systems and providing training.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an xR/VP environment, operating and maintaining the system.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of production gear including cameras, tracking, LEDs, and networking.
• Willingness to travel and work on-site at client facilities.

Responsibilities

• ESPN Support
• System Status & Maintenance: weekly follow-ups with ESPN team to monitor studio functionality
• Bi-annual maintenance: update and test systems including RenderStream plugins and firmware
• License Updates & General Support: assist ESPN with RenderStream licenses and provide ongoing technical support
• Disguise xR workflow support: assist ESPN operators to ensure smooth production
• Deliver official Disguise training to ESPN team
• Contribute to diverse projects across virtual production and immersive experiences
