Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking a senior leader to guide the xPL program from preconstruction to closeout in Huntsville, AL. You will drive continuous improvement, manage client relationships, and mentor the Program Management team to achieve high performance.

This role requires deep experience in construction program management, strong analytics, and ability to partner with IS/Tech to optimize operations. Some travel is involved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field with minimum 10 years of progressive experience.
• Experience in supply chain, 4PL, commercial construction, or related industry with knowledge of regional manufacturers, suppliers, and industry trends.
• Ability to interpret contract documents, scopes of work, and project schedule; strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the xPL program, initiative, and team from preconstruction through closeout.
• Build and maintain partnerships with client, designers, manufacturers, and stakeholders for program success.
• Coach and mentor Program Management team; foster inclusive culture and high performance.
• Define KPIs and monitor program health; provide strategic guidance to clients and internal teams.
• Monitor progress and escalate issues; report to xPL leadership on program status.
• Collaborate with xPL Technology and IS to ensure systems support program operations.
• Lead cross-functional teams to manage scope, timelines, resources, budgets, and SOPs.
• Contribute to development of the xPL Program Playbook and continuous improvement.
