Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS implementation or similar delivery roles.
• Proven record delivering complex software implementations for enterprise customers.
• Strong technical understanding of REST APIs, JSON, SQL, system integrations and data mapping.
• Experience translating customer requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Confident leading discovery workshops and owning delivery.

We're recruiting x2 Senior Technical Implementation & Solutions Consultants NEEDED for a well-funded enterprise SaaS company that has grown 100% this year and is investing heavily in its US operations.

This is an opportunity to join at a pivotal stage, work with enterprise customers, solve complex technical challenges and have a genuine voice in how the US consulting function develops.

The Opportunity

You'll take ownership of enterprise SaaS implementations, working directly with customers to understand their requirements, design solutions, configure systems and deliver successful integrations.

This is a hands-on, customer-facing consulting role combining technical problem-solving, solution design and end-to-end delivery.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead enterprise SaaS implementations from discovery and solution design through configuration, testing, go-live and handover.
• Run customer workshops to gather requirements, map business processes and define technical solutions.
• Design, configure and troubleshoot integrations between enterprise platforms.
• Work with REST APIs, JSON, SQL, data mapping and migration.
• Collaborate with customer stakeholders, engineering teams and internal delivery specialists.
• Own implementation quality, timelines and customer outcomes.
• Help improve implementation processes and shape the growing US consulting practice.

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of relevant experience in enterprise SaaS implementation, solutions consulting, technical consulting or software delivery.
• Proven experience delivering complex software implementations for enterprise customers.
• Strong technical understanding of REST APIs, JSON, SQL, system integrations and data mapping.
• Experience translating customer requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Confidence leading discovery workshops, managing stakeholders and owning delivery.
• A hands-on, problem-solving mindset with excellent communication skills.

Nice to Have — Not Essential

• Experience with Professional Services Automation (PSA) platforms or resource management software.
• Experience implementing or integrating Workday.
• Background in ERP, CRM, workforce management or professional services technology.
• Experience working with consulting, accounting or other professional services organisations.

You do not need PSA or Workday experience to be considered. Strong enterprise SaaS implementation and technical integration experience is what matters most.

Package & Location

• Location: Remote across the USA, but you must be based in the Eastern or Central time zone
• Travel: Occasional customer travel
