Areti Group is seeking a Senior Solutions, Implementation & Delivery Consultant to lead complex PSA and Workday implementations for US clients. You will design, configure, and deliver enterprise SaaS solutions across the full project lifecycle, from discovery through go-live.

The role combines technical delivery with client guidance, requiring hands-on PSA configuration, Workday integration experience, data mapping, and strong stakeholder management.

Salary: Paying $110,000 - $125,000 Base + Benefits

Travel: Occasional client-site visits

The Opportunity

We are recruiting an accomplished Senior Solutions, Implementation & Delivery Consultant to join a growing enterprise SaaS technology organisation delivering complex digital transformation programmes for leading businesses across the United States.

This is an exciting opportunity for a technically strong, customer-facing consultant with hands‑on experience in Professional Services Automation (PSA) solutions and Workday, who can combine solution design, enterprise software configuration, and end‑to‑end implementation delivery.

You will take ownership of sophisticated enterprise implementations, working closely with senior stakeholders, technical teams, and business leaders to translate complex operational challenges into scalable technology solutions.

This is not a traditional project management or purely functional consulting role. We are looking for someone who can consult, design, configure, implement, and deliver.

Key Responsibilities

Implementation & Delivery Consulting

• Lead complex enterprise SaaS and PSA implementations from discovery and solution design through configuration, testing, deployment, and go‑live.
• Facilitate requirements gathering, technical discovery, and current‑state/future‑state process workshops.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, technical designs, configuration requirements, and delivery plans.
• Take ownership of implementation deliverables, technical dependencies, risks, and customer outcomes.
• Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), defect resolution, deployment readiness, and post‑implementation transition.
• Support project scoping, Statements of Work (SOWs), and continuous improvement of implementation methodologies.

Solutions Consulting & Technical Expertise

• Design, configure, and optimise complex Professional Services Automation (PSA) solutions and enterprise workflows.
• Apply hands‑on Workday implementation, configuration, or integration experience to support enterprise transformation.
• Design and support integrations between PSA, Workday, CRM, ERP, and other business‑critical applications.
• Work with complex datasets, including data mapping, migration, transformation, reconciliation, and validation.
• Utilise SQL, JSON, REST APIs, and related technologies to support integration design, technical troubleshooting, and solution delivery.
• Deliver solution demonstrations, technical workshops, and presentations to senior business and IT stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve resource management, workforce planning, project operations, and business efficiency.

Client Consulting & Technical Leadership

• Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, building strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Challenge existing processes, recommend improvements, and translate business objectives into practical technical solutions.
• Work collaboratively with Product, Engineering, Solution Architecture, and Project Management teams.
• Mentor junior consultants and provide guidance on complex configuration, integration, and implementation challenges.
• Lead customer training, knowledge transfer, and train‑the‑trainer sessions.
• Contribute to reusable solution frameworks, technical standards, and delivery best practices.

We are seeking an experienced consultant who can demonstrate:

• Strong hands‑on experience implementing and configuring Professional Services Automation (PSA) solutions.
• Demonstrable Workday implementation, configuration, or integration experience.
• Proven experience in enterprise SaaS implementation, solutions consulting, and technical delivery.
• Experience working with PSA platforms such as Kantata, Certinia, Kimble, or comparable enterprise solutions.
• Strong technical understanding of system configuration, enterprise integrations, and complex business workflows.
• Practical experience with SQL, JSON, REST APIs, data mapping, and data migration.
• Experience integrating enterprise applications across PSA, Workday, CRM, ERP, or related systems.
• Ability to lead technical discovery, requirements workshops, solution design, and customer‑facing implementation activities.
• Experience managing UAT, deployment, troubleshooting, and go‑live readiness.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and consultative problem‑solving skills.
• Confidence working independently, managing complex customer requirements, and supporting successful project delivery.
• Experience mentoring consultants or providing senior technical guidance.
• Workday HCM, Workday Financial Management, or Workday integration technologies.
• Additional PSA platform experience, including resource planning, utilisation, project financials, and capacity management.
• Experience supporting professional services, consulting, accounting, or project‑driven organisations.
• Enterprise solution architecture, implementation pre‑sales, and technical demonstrations.
• Experience supporting large multinational or complex enterprise customers.
