OrthoAtlanta, LLC is seeking an X-Ray Technologist for PRN, on-site work in Lawrenceville, GA. You will explain procedures, position patients, operate X-ray equipment, and ensure high-quality diagnostic images while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• ARRT certification in Radiography or eligibility preferred.
• 1+ year of X-ray technician experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Explain procedures clearly, address concerns, and ensure patients are positioned correctly for musculoskeletal imaging.
• Operate X-ray equipment safely and efficiently to produce diagnostic digital images of bones, joints, and soft tissues.
• Apply proper immobilization techniques and follow established safety protocols at all times.
• Perform routine checks on X-ray equipment and adhere to quality control standards.
• Monitor and restock X-ray supplies as needed to ensure smooth clinic operations.
• Record procedures and imaging results accurately and efficiently within the electronic medical record system.

What You\’ll Need

• High school diploma or GED
• Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
• Certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Radiography (preferred) or eligible to obtain ARRT certification
• 1+ year of experience as an X-Ray Technician (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare team
