Job summary

Baptist Health Urgent Care in Cabot, AR is looking for experienced ARRT Radiology or Limited License X-Ray Techs to join our team. This role performs x-ray testing, handles patient positioning, and supports daily imaging operations under licensed supervision.

Expect full-time rotating shifts (12 hours) with some weekend work; PRN positions are also available. Applicants should hold AR state X-Ray license; ARRT certification is preferred and prior Medical Assistant experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• BLS Certification.
• AR State X-Ray License.
• ARRT Certification preferred.
• Experience as a Medical Assistant is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients promptly in waiting or exam rooms.
• Communicate wait times and guide patients through treatment steps.
• Provide solutions to patient problems and escalate emergencies.
• Perform radiology procedures and assist with patient care under supervision.
• Document vital signs, history, meds, allergies and related information.
• Maintain and report equipment status and safety procedures.
