Job summary

Texas Orthopaedic and Sports Medicine is seeking an experienced X-ray Tech to assist Directors of Patient Services and Office Managers. The role includes performing routine radiography, QA checks, training new hires, and serving as Radiation Safety Officer to ensure OSHA compliance.

The candidate will act as a working X-ray Tech, cover multiple locations, and help with patient flow and imaging services while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Qualifications

• ARRT certification or LMRT preferred.
• 1 year of health care experience preferred, orthopedic setting
• Knowledge of radiology guidelines and safety regulations
• Ability to operate radiology equipment and interpret basic instructions

Responsibilities

• Perform routine radiology procedures and QA checks.
• Maintain safety and compliance with OSHA and Radiation Safety Officer duties.
• Assist with training and interviewing X-ray Techs.
• Manage PACS submissions and image routing to physicians
