Job summary

CareNow urgent care in Stapleton, Colorado is seeking an X-Ray Tech/Medical Assistant to support patient care with vital signs, EKGs, injections, and imaging duties. The role requires maintaining accurate EHR records and assisting with patient flow and documentation.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of clinical experience in patient care is helpful.
• Graduate from an accredited Medical Assistant program (BOTP) or equivalent.
• Current BLS certification within 30 days of start.

Responsibilities

• Take vital signs, collect lab specimens, perform EKGs and IM injections.
• Perform x-ray/imaging services per provider orders and update patient charts.
• Collect patient history and document in the EHR.
• Apply splints, dressings, and bandages as needed.
• Assist with check-in/check-out and auditing of charts.
