Job summary

Concentra, Inc is seeking an X Ray Technician Limited Scope to join our Los Angeles facility. You will perform routine x-ray exams under clinician supervision, ensure patient safety, and support in front-office duties to deliver a high-quality patient experience.

The role includes DOT/non-DOT testing, vital signs, phlebotomy, and coordination with center leadership to manage patient flow. Prior Limited Scope certification and CPR/First Aid are required.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED equivalent.
• Completion of state approved Limited Scope Technician certificate program and license by the state.
• CPR/First Aid Certification

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for radiologic procedures and assist in positioning.
• Operate radiologic equipment to produce diagnostic images.
• Apply radiation safety measures to protect patients and staff.
• Maintain and calibrate x-ray equipment per policy.
• Complete documentation and ensure EMR cross-referencing of reports.
• Perform DOT and non-DOT drug/alcohol testing as required.
• Assist clinicians during examinations and procedures.
• Handle front/back office duties and patient check-in/out.
• Follow HIPAA guidelines and maintain confidentiality.
