Job summary

Concentra, Inc is seeking an X-ray Limited Scope & Medical Support Specialist to perform routine X-ray exams and clinical support. You will also assist with patient intake, registration, and referral management, ensuring quality care and excellent patient experience in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include preparing patients, operating radiology equipment, maintaining safety and documentation, and supporting clinicians during examinations.

Qualifications

• Completion of state approved Limited Scope Technician certificate program and licensure as required.
• CPR/First Aid Certification is required or current within scope of practice.
• Proficiency in patient preparation, radiologic procedures, and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for radiologic procedures and escort to rooms.
• Operate radiologic equipment and adjust exposure settings per exam.
• Ensure safety by applying radiation protection measures.
• Maintain and calibrate x-ray equipment; report malfunctions.
• Document radiology workflows and cross-check with EMR.
• Perform DOT and Non-DOT drug and alcohol testing as needed.
• Assist clinicians during examinations and procedures.
• Handle front/back office tasks related to patient care and records.
