Job summary

Concentra in Los Angeles seeks an X‑Ray Limited Scope & Medical Support Specialist to perform routine X-ray exams and support medical testing under direct supervision. You will escort and prepare patients, operate radiologic equipment, ensure safety, and maintain documentation while delivering a high-quality patient experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of state-approved Limited Scope Technician certificate and license.
• CPR/First Aid certification required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for radiologic procedures and assist with positioning.
• Operate radiologic equipment to produce diagnostic images according to protocols.
• Apply radiation safety measures and ensure patient and staff safety.
• Maintain and calibrate X-ray equipment and document QA/QC activities.
• Perform routine medical testing and assist clinicians during examinations.
• Handle front-office duties and patient flow, including check-in/out and record keeping.
