Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance required.
• Minimum 5+ years maintaining and repairing security screening or similar equipment.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical maintenance tasks.
• Domestic travel ≤10%.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair XRAY systems to ensure readiness.
• Conduct preventive maintenance, calibration, and testing of equipment.
• Respond to equipment malfunctions promptly.
• Support field customers with maintenance requirements for deployed equipment.
• Document trends and failures to feedback to manufacturers for improvements.
• Document repairs in the maintenance system.
• Maintain logs and service records.
• Provide technical support and basic user training to Department personnel.
