Patient First is hiring for a lead X-ray technologist who will supervise X-ray staff, perform as an administrator when needed, and ensure all state qualifications are met. The role requires operating DR imaging, archiving via PACS, and responding to physician requests with professionalism.

The position emphasizes safety, quality control, and maintenance of records. Candidates should be prepared to train new staff, manage schedules, and support center operations as needed.

Qualifications

• ARRT certification or approved program required or graduate.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Licensed, if required in the state of employment.

Responsibilities

• Supervising X-ray Techs to ensure quality work.
• Functioning as an administrator and X-ray Tech as directed.
• Ensuring X-ray Techs are qualified under state specifications.
• Process images using DR and archive via PACS.
• Address Physician requests with respect and timely manner.
• Assist with treatment area duties and patient care with service.
• Maintain QA records and safety procedures for radiation exposure.
• Conduct interviews and training for staff; perform maintenance as directed.
