Colorado Springs Radiologists, PC/PENRAD Imaging, LLC currently has a full time X-ray Lead position in Colorado Springs. This role is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with responsibilities including workload management, staffing planning, and training of departmental staff.

Qualified applicants will hold a high school diploma, ARRT/ARDMS/RVT or NMTCB credentials as required for modality, and Basic Life Support certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• ARRT, ARDMS and RVT or NMTCB certifications as required for modality.
• Basic Life Support certification per American Heart Association.
• Experience as Lead Technologist or supervisory role preferred.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate daily departmental workload and disseminate tasks.
• Evaluate staffing and approve vacations.
• Provide training for new hires and policy updates.
• Coordinate with Director of Clinical Services on needs.
• Perform technologist duties and ensure patient care.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and vendor coordination.
