SimonMed Imaging in Henderson, NV is seeking a skilled X-ray Technologist to deliver high-quality diagnostic images with precision and compassionate patient care in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

You will perform exams with proper technique, evaluate image quality, and collaborate with radiologists using PACS, RIS, and EMR while adhering to ALARA safety and documentation standards. This role also offers mentorship opportunities and a clear career path within a national network.

Qualifications

• ARRT certification in Radiography (R) required.
• Valid state licensure current.
• BLS certification current or in progress.
• 1–2 years of X‑ray experience preferred; outpatient or ambulatory care experience a plus.
• Associate’s degree or certificate in Radiologic Technology from an accredited program.
• Proficiency in PACS, RIS, and EMR systems.
• Working knowledge of ALARA and radiation safety principles.
• Strong communication skills with patients, physicians, and teammates.
• Ability to manage workflow with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to mentor students and contribute to a positive clinical culture.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality diagnostic X-ray exams with correct technique and positioning.
• Evaluate images for technical quality and produce diagnostic-grade results.
• Maintain clean, complete, real‑time documentation and safety protocols (ALARA).
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure efficient, patient-centered imaging.
• Troubleshoot equipment and manage a high-volume workflow without slowing the team.
