ProSmile Holdings, LLC is seeking a Dental Assistant with X-Ray to support clinical teams under the supervision of dentists. The role focuses on patient care, recordkeeping, and appointment scheduling to keep our offices running efficiently.

NJ state licensing requirements include a NJ Registered Dental Assistant license and X-ray license; DRT license or willingness to pursue is noted. CPR certification and 1+ year experience preferred. Evening or weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Licenses: NJ Registered Dental Assistant and X-ray license; DRT license or willingness to pursue immediately.
• 1+ year experience as a Dental Assistant preferred.
• X-ray license required and CPR certification advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentist chairside with patient care and instrument handling.
• Maintain inventory in operatories and ensure OSHA/HIPAA/CDCs guidelines.
• Schedule appointments and manage recordkeeping and followups.
• Prepare cases for external labs and perform basic lab tasks.
• Assist with temporary crowns, arch wires, and other alignments as needed.
