Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent training is required.
• Preferred: Degree in Radiologic Technology.
• Licensure: ARRT (R) or CT, Illinois IEMA license, CPR (AHA). For recent grads, up to 90 days to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform X-ray and CT imaging as assigned.
• Follow safety protocols and protect patient and staff.
• Maintain patient comfort and accurate documentation.

Requirements

Education

• Required: Associate's degree or equivalent training
• Preferred: Degree in Radiologic Technology

Licensure & Certifications

• Required: R.T. (R) (ARRT) or (CT)
• Illinois IEMA License
• CPR (AHA only)
• Recent Graduates 90 days to obtain certification

Other: For applicants that are certified by ARRT prior to 2015, no associate degree is required. For applicants certified thereafter or that are not certified, an associate degree is required due to the change in ARRT's Certification Requirements

Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.

x-Ray Pay Range: $30.00 - 46.00 per hour

CT Pay Range: $36.00 - 57.00 Per hour
