Job summary

Blue Cross Blue Shield Wyoming is seeking a Building and Grounds Custodian to maintain clean and safe facilities in Cheyenne, WY. The role emphasizes attention to detail, reliability, time management, and adaptability to ensure our spaces are welcoming for members and staff.

Responsibilities include interior/exterior cleaning, entrance and common area maintenance, and snow removal as needed. A high school diploma and valid driver's license are required; 1–2 years in Building and Grounds

• Must have a current valid driver’s license.
• Preference given to candidates with 1-2 years of progressive work experience (typically in Building and Grounds).

Role Summary

Building and Grounds Custodian.

As a Building and Grounds Custodian with the BCBSWY Building and Grounds Team, you will play an essential role in ensuring best-in-class appearance of our facilities to members, employees, and members of the general public.

To be successful in this role you will need attention to detail, reliability, good time management, strong work ethic, and adaptability. These qualities ensure that the work environment is consistently clean, safe, and well-maintained.

Work Locations & Flexibility

All positions are based in Wyoming. Depending on the department and the position, eligible employees may be offered limited In-Office/WFH flexibility (for those positions that are offered limited WFH, there will be a required number of In-Office days per week/month depending on department). Executive level employees are required to reside full-time in Wyoming.
