Blue Cross Blue Shield Wyoming is seeking a Corporate Project Coordinator 1 to lead teams and drive enterprise-wide initiatives that support our mission to improve health care for Wyoming residents. Strong verbal and written communication, time management, critical thinking, and problem-solving are essential.

Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook is expected. Remote work may be considered after training, with most time in the Wyoming office; an Associate’s degree is preferred, or 4–6 years

Qualifications

Verbal and written communication skills required.
Time management and multitasking abilities needed.
Problem-solving and critical thinking are essential.
Experience in healthcare or corporate projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead teams to implement enterprise-wide programs/projects.
Develop project plans and track milestones and budgets.
Communicate updates and distribute meeting notes, decisions, and processes.
Foster collaboration with stakeholders, partners, and clients to meet goals.
