Job summary

Samaritan House is seeking a WRC Program Manager to oversee the Worker Resource Center’s daily operations, supervise staff, and coordinate employment services six days a week in San Mateo County. The role requires leadership, client-focused service, and strong collaboration with partners.

A California driver’s license is needed, with travel between locations. Ideal candidate has an Associate Degree and 3+ years in nonprofit workforce programs, plus bilingual Spanish proficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in nonprofit workforce development or related field.
• Bilingual and Bicultural Spanish speaker required to assist the majority Spanish speaking client population.
• Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Worker Resource Center six days per week.
• Supervise staff and volunteers; coordinate employment services and client flow.
• Ensure compliance with agency policies, contracts, grants, and regulations.
• Develop and maintain employer and community partnerships.
• Maintain client records and program documentation in Salesforce.
