Job summary

Corazón Healdsburg is seeking a Family Resource Center Manager to lead the daily operations and service delivery of the FRC across Northern Sonoma County. You will supervise staff, coordinate client services, and manage program data and budgets in partnership with the Director of Programs.

The role requires bilingual Spanish/English communication, a strong commitment to equity, and experience guiding teams in community services.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English, able to communicate in both languages.
• Minimum 2 years supervising or leading staff.
• Three to five years in direct service, family support, or related field.
• Experience using strengths-based, family-centered, or trauma-informed approaches.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Sonoma County resources.
• Experience with serving low-income families from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and competing demands.
• Experience using data to monitor program activities, outcomes, or service delivery.
• Experience with CRM databases; Salesforce preferred.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and standard office technology.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise professional judgment.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership, direction, and supervision to Family Resource Center staff.
• Conduct regular individual supervision and team meetings.
• Establish clear expectations, priorities, and workflows for the FRC team; support staff in managing caseloads and client needs.
• Delegate responsibilities, monitor workload, address performance and operational concerns in collaboration with leadership.
• Create a collaborative, respectful, and supportive team environment grounded in accountability and equity.
• Ensure FRC services are accessible, consistent, and responsive to community needs.
• Provide or support direct client services, including information and referrals, resource navigation, and case management.
• Support staff in conducting effective client assessments identifying needs.
• Monitor service delivery to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries when working with clients.
• Use client feedback and data to inform program decisions.
• Promote dignity, strengths, and self-determination in services.
• Oversee daily operations and program workflows.
• Coordinate staff schedules, coverage, and program activities.
• Ensure activities align with policies and grant requirements.
• Coordinate with other departments for integrated services.
• Ensure timely collection and entry of FRC data.
• Oversee Salesforce and documentation of client services.
• Review program data for trends and outcomes.
• Prepare data and narratives for internal and funder reports.
• Monitor budgets in collaboration with the Director of Programs.
• Develop partnerships with community organizations and services.
