Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced setting while adhering to safety rules.
• Ability to communicate clearly with team members and supervision.
• Physical capability to lift and handle items over 50 lbs as required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate manufacturing equipment following directions and perform duties as assigned.
• Meet daily production targets and maintain quality by inspecting materials and finished products.
• Lead run changes, plate and ink set ups, and machine operation for multiple print runs.
• Maintain daily production logs and assist with pallet tagging and organization.
• Perform end-of-day and weekly machine cleaning and keep work area neat and safe.
