Job summary

Smurfit Westrock plc is seeking a reliable, safety-conscious associate for 1st shift (6:00 AM–4:00 PM, Mon–Thu) with daily overtime availability. The role pays $22.43 per hour and includes comprehensive benefits starting on the first day of employment.

Responsibilities include operating various manufacturing equipment, maintaining a clean workspace, and performing basic measurements and math. The position requires a high school diploma and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be able to read a tape measure and perform basic math.
• Drug screening required after conditional job offer.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment and follow directions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Read a tape measure and perform basic math and use a computer.
• Work safely and comply with all safety regulations.
• Lift up to 50 lbs. and endure standing, walking, bending, and kneeling during shift.
• Overtime daily and/or on weekends during peak seasons.
