Job summary

Smurfit Westrock is seeking a Production Worker in Ohio. Starting rate is $16.75 per hour, with overtime, benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with company match, and paid vacation/holidays. Responsibilities include operating equipment, assembling material for orders, and maintaining safety and quality.

Shifts are M-F 7a-3:30p with overtime as needed; candidates should have a high school diploma and English fluency. Drug screening and login to systems are part of the process.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year experience as warehouse clerk.
• Fluent in English, verbal and written.
• Basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment and machinery.
• Perform all jobs within the crew, e.g., operator, feeder, stacker.
• Input data into computer for job cost performance.
• Follow processes and procedures for all machinery.
• Perform weekly preventive maintenance.
