Job summary

Cornerstone Youth and Family Services seeks a Wraparound Services Trainer to plan, coordinate, and deliver high-quality training, coaching, and technical assistance across regions. The role ensures staff implement Wraparound with fidelity and meet Louisiana CSoC standards.

The trainer develops curricula, delivers training to new hires and partners, and facilitates Train-the-Trainer sessions while aligning materials with OBH and CSoC requirements. Travel between regions is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Wraparound services, behavioral health, child welfare, or systems of care programs.
• Experience providing training, coaching, or adult education strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain training curricula related to Wraparound principles and coaching practices.
• Deliver training to new hires, existing staff, supervisors, and community partners.
• Facilitate Train-the-Trainer sessions to build internal capacity.
• Provide coaching and feedback to staff to reinforce fidelity to the Wraparound model.
• Monitor trainee competency and ensure documentation and reporting accuracy.
