Job summary

South Coast Community Services is seeking a dedicated professional to establish and standardize a new hire curriculum for Wraparound programs. You will collaborate with leadership to deliver comprehensive training across PODs, including “Wrap 101” sessions, shadowing, and CFT simulations.

You will also oversee weekly CFT observations, analyze outcomes, and provide feedback to teams and supervisors, ensuring fidelity and high-quality client care across the organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required;Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Familiarity with the Wraparound Fidelity Index and other outcome measurements (CANS-SB, etc.).
• Minimum 2-year experience working in a Wraparound Program.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain new hire training curriculum with Management Team for standardized training across PODs.
• Provide ongoing trainings on Wraparound principles, domains, safety plans, and family engagement.
• Conduct CFT meeting observations weekly and provide feedback to teams/supervisors.
• Collaborate with Management Team to identify training needs related to Wraparound fidelity.
• Provide additional staff support as requested by Wraparound Supervisor.
• Maintain cooperative working relationships across staff and teams.
• Collect and analyze program outcomes and post-discharge data.
• Attend County meetings with Director to ensure trainings are outcome-driven.
• Model positive working relationships within agency and PODs.
