Job summary

Child & Family Development in Rhode Island is seeking a Direct Service Staff member to support families through Wraparound Services in a hybrid role with 20% remote work. You will learn and apply the Wraparound Model, coordinate with schools, healthcare providers, and courts, collect ongoing data, and help families identify goals and resources while respecting HIPAA and confidentiality.

A Bachelor's degree in social work or related field is required; travel along the East Bay is required;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work or related field required.
• Experience in child welfare, parent education, home-based services, and/or crisis intervention preferred.
• Travel along the East Bay is required.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Thoughtful, efficient, and independent problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational, critical thinking and time-management skills.
• Basic computer skills required; knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
• Ability to communicate with diverse populations.
• Bilingual in Spanish encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Identify and connect families to services, resources, advocacy, education, or skills through Wraparound Services.
• Learn and apply the Wraparound Model and its ten principals with families.
• Collaborate with a team of professionals meeting with families in homes and communities.
• Coordinate services with schools, healthcare providers, and other providers.
• Participate in community outreach to educate about FCCP resources.
• Maintain ongoing data collection, evaluation, and Family Care Plan documentation.
