Qualifications
21 years of age required.
Licensed Social Worker or eligible for licensure preferred.
Minimum 2 years experience with families or children with emotional issues.
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance coverage required.
Must pass all required criminal background checks.
Responsibilities
Maintain a caseload of 8-10 cases.
Facilitate and lead the family team.
Provide assessments and individualized family planning.
Document and report on-call activities.
Engage in community outreach for family supports.
