Job summary

Lincoln County Behavioral Health seeks a Wraparound Coach to mentor Wrap Care Coordinators on the ten Wraparound principles, four phases, and related activities, while delivering care coordination to an assigned caseload. The role also leads training and quality management by applying outcome tools and measurements for the Wraparound Program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling or related behavioral science.
• 1000 hours of clinical work.
• Two years experience as wrap case manager/coordinator in behavioral health.
• Certified in Wrap Facilitation within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide Peer Coaching of the Wraparound Team: develop coaching plans, observe and facilitate meetings, provide group and individual coaching.
• Oversee data requirements for Wraparound and participate in quality assurance activities.
• Apply Wraparound principles to fidelity for assigned caseload and participate in care coordination meetings.
• Attend local and state coordination meetings and market Wraparound services.
• Document services to Program/Division Standards and collaborate with supervisors.
