• Ensure services are documented and progress is tracked per program requirements.
• Develop and monitor ISP goals and interventions with the family and program therapist.
• Collaborate with CPS and other agencies to implement service plans and adjust as needed.
• Provide direct case intervention in home, school, and community settings.
