Qualifications

• Experience working directly with children and families required.
• Must complete mental health training and certification within 90 days of hire.
• Valid Mississippi driver license and good driving record necessary.

Responsibilities

• Engage families to begin the Wraparound process.
• Gather information to develop a family story and vision.
• Complete initial Crisis Management Plan within 24 hours of admission.
• Facilitate a Wraparound Team Meeting every 30 days.
