The position requires a background in child and family services, with a focus on behavioral health and budget-aware service delivery. CANS certification within 45 days is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering community-based services to children and families in behavioral health or related public sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field preferred.
• Two years partnering with youth and families in social services or education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage caseload within financial parameters of the case rate or protocol.
• Use resources to tailor services to child and family needs.
• Complete strengths-based assessments using CANS data for plan of care.
• Willingly perform other duties to advance Choices mission.
