Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receives/responds to inquiries from referral sources and determines client needs.
• Completes pre-screening assessments and prepares case proposals.
• Oversees field staff assigned to pre-screening processes.
• Accesses account and contract information as appropriate.
• Maintains knowledge of services and community resources.
• Maintains relationships with referral sources and payer case managers.
• Monitors referral sources' satisfaction and reports to management.
