Job summary

Choices Inc in Dayton, OH is seeking a Wrap Supervisor to lead wrap facilitators and ensure services align with strength-based, family-centered values. The role focuses on consultation, data gathering, and evaluation to support treatment goals.

Responsibilities include managing caseloads within financial parameters, guiding staff in clinical record keeping, and delivering staff trainings. A master’s in social work and clinical licensure are required, with strong leadership and communication

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or related human service field; when allowed, a bachelor’s degree and requisite experience may be considered.
• Minimum five years of clinical/management experience in community-based behavior health and human services with families and children.
• Clinical licensure is required.
• Demonstrated two or more years of clinical intervention skills.
• Demonstrated skill in fiscal management, team building, and development.

Responsibilities

• Ensures wrap facilitators manage caseload within the financial parameters of the case rate or other established financial protocol.
• Uses resources and flex funding to assure services are based on the needs of the child and family.
• Directs staff in proper clinical record keeping, service authorizing, and writing plans of care with the Clinical Manager.
• Presents staff with clinical best practices and current treatment innovations.
• Facilitates weekly staff training and assists with reviews from outside stakeholders.
• Collects staff reports for outcome reports for payers.

Bilingual Spanish (plus)

CANS certification within 30 days

Valid driver’s license

Education

Master’s degree in social work or related field

Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience (if allowed)
