Creative Solutions in Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Treatment Nurse (LVN or RN) to deliver high-quality wound care and treatment services within our care team.

You will work closely with interdisciplinary staff to promote healing and resident comfort in a supportive, patient-centered environment. The ideal candidate holds an active LVN or RN license in Texas, has experience in wound care, strong assessment and documentation skills, and a compassionate, independent yet team-oriented approach.

Qualifikationen

• Active LVN or RN license in good standing in Texas.
• Experience in wound care and treatment procedures preferred.
• Strong assessment, documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate, resident-centered approach to nursing.

Aufgaben

• Perform dressing changes, wound assessments and specialized skin treatments.
• Monitor and document healing progress of wounds, incisions and skin concerns.
• Communicate care plans with physicians and families.
• Evaluate residents' nutritional and hydration needs related to wound healing.
• Review labs and respond to signs of infection.
• Educate staff on wound prevention and treatment protocols.
• Assist with floor staffing to ensure continuity of care.
