Touchstone Communities is seeking a Treatment Nurse (LVN or RN) to lead focused wound care and support healing with a compassionate, faith‑based approach. You will assess skin integrity, coordinate with physicians and the care team, and educate residents and families on best practices for wound prevention and care.

Ideal candidates hold an active Texas RN or LVN license (or Compact State equivalent) and demonstrate strong clinical judgment and communication skills in a skilled nursing

Qualifications

• Active Texas RN or LVN license, or Compact State equivalent.
• Experience in wound care or skilled nursing preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
