Job summary

Creative Solutions in Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Treatment Nurse (LVN or RN) to provide high-quality wound care and treatment services within a collaborative care team. You will deliver dressing changes, assess healing, and communicate care plans with physicians and families.

Ideal candidates hold an active LVN or RN license and have experience in wound care. The role emphasizes independent work and compassionate, resident-centered nursing in a full-time setting.

Qualifications

• Holds an active LVN or RN license in good standing with the state.
• Has experience in wound care and treatment procedures (preferred).
• Possesses strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills.
• Works independently and thrives in a team-centered environment.
• Demonstrates a compassionate, resident-centered approach to nursing.

Responsibilities

• Perform dressing changes, wound assessments, and specialized skin treatments.
• Monitor and document healing progress of wounds, incisions, and skin concerns.
• Communicate effectively with physicians and families regarding care plans.
• Evaluate residents’ nutritional and hydration needs related to wound healing.
• Review lab results and respond to signs of infection.
• Educate staff on wound prevention and treatment protocols.
• Assist with floor staffing as needed to ensure continuity of care.
