Landmark Rehabilitation and Nursing Center seeks a compassionate Treatment Nurse (LVN or RN) to deliver high-quality wound care and treatment services, collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident outcomes.

Responsibilities include dressing changes, wound assessments, monitoring healing progress, and communicating care plans with physicians and families. A strong nursing license and patient-centered care approach are essential.

Qualificações

• Active LVN or RN license in good standing.
• Experience in wound care and treatment procedures (preferred).
• Strong assessment and documentation abilities.
• Effective communication with physicians and families regarding care plans.

Responsabilidades

• Perform dressing changes, wound assessments, and specialized skin treatments.
• Monitor and document healing progress of wounds, incisions, and skin concerns.
• Communicate effectively with physicians and families regarding care plans.
• Evaluate residents’ nutritional and hydration needs related to wound healing.
• Review lab results and respond to signs of infection.
• Educate staff on wound prevention and treatment protocols.
• Assist with floor staffing as needed to ensure continuity of care.
