Job summary

Hireology is seeking a dedicated Treatment Nurse (LVN or RN) to provide high-quality wound care and treatment in a collaborative care team. You will perform dressing changes, monitor healing, and communicate care plans with physicians and families.

The ideal candidate holds an active LVN or RN license and brings experience in wound care, strong assessment and documentation skills, and a resident-centered approach to nursing.

Qualifications

• Active LVN or RN license in good standing with the state.
• Experience in wound care and treatment procedures preferred.
• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a team-centered environment.
• Compassionate, resident-centered approach to nursing.

Responsibilities

• Perform dressing changes, wound assessments, and specialized skin treatments.
• Monitor and document healing progress of wounds, incisions, and skin concerns.
• Communicate with physicians and families regarding care plans.
• Evaluate residents’ nutritional and hydration needs related to wound healing.
• Review lab results and respond to signs of infection.
• Educate staff on wound prevention and treatment protocols.
• Assist with floor staffing to ensure continuity of care.
