Job summary

PACS is seeking a Treatment Nurse to ensure care per physician orders and facility policies across residents. You will administer medications, document care, and communicate with families about plans of care while maintaining professional standards.

Qualified candidates hold a Nursing degree and an active RN or LVN license with CPR certification; two years’ long-term care experience is preferred. You will work under the Director of Nursing and collaborate with physicians to optimize resident

Qualifications

• Possession of a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Current RN or LVN license with CPR certification.
• Two years or more experience in a long-term care setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate regularly with residents and families about Plans of Care and treatment protocols.
• Provide resident care including carrying out physician orders and administering medications.
• Observe wounds and health status, notify physicians of progress or deterioration.
• Maintain nursing notes reflecting care provided and resident response.
• Assist in preparing and updating care plans and coordinating with health professionals.
