Hillsboro Post Acute is seeking a Treatment Nurse (LPN or RN) to join our team and provide wound care, treatments, and comprehensive resident care. You will document treatments, monitor skin integrity, and collaborate with physicians and families to keep residents healthy and comfortable.

Qualifications

• LPN or RN license required or preferred.
• Strong clinical and organizational skills.
• Compassionate and dependable.

Responsabilités

• Provide and document treatments as ordered.
• Perform wound care and dressing changes.
• Monitor skin integrity and identify changes.
• Complete accurate treatment documentation.
• Communicate changes with the nursing team, physicians, and families.
• Help prevent skin breakdown and promote healing.
• Work closely with our interdisciplinary team.
