Job summary

The Center for Wound Healing & Hyperbaric Medicine, LLC is seeking a Wound Care Technician to support the clinic team in patient care and safety. You will perform vitals, wound documentation, and assist with procedures under supervision.

Responsibilities include keeping care areas clean, documenting in EMR, coordinating scheduling, and ensuring HIPAA compliance while potentially transporting patients as needed.

Qualifications

• Active EMT, CNA, or CMA certification.
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience using EMR for patient documentation.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Take vitals and document in EMR.
• Assist physicians/RNs with wound care procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and stocking of patient care areas.
• Follow policies to ensure patient safety and HIPAA compliance.
• Coordinate patient scheduling and intake.
• Possibly transport patients if needed.
