Job summary

The Center for Wound Healing & Hyperbaric Medicine, LLC is seeking a Hyperbaric Technician to administer hyperbaric oxygen therapy and diagnostic testing under physician supervision. You will ensure safe and effective therapy while contributing to a patient-focused healing environment.

Responsibilities include operating hyperbaric chambers, maintaining equipment, documenting in EMR, and supporting patient transport.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED is required.
Current EMT, CNA, or CMA license/certification required.
Valid Driver's License with clean record.
Current BLS from an approved agency.
2+ years' clinical experience; hyperbaric experience preferred.
HIPAA compliance knowledge and practice.

Responsibilities

Operate hyperbaric chambers and support systems safely and effectively.
Perform chamber operations and maintenance as required.
Provide a compassionate, patient-first environment.
Ensure safe delivery of Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy under physician direction.
Onboard and mentor new team members as applicable.
Adhere to clinical documentation guidelines and outcomes data.
Apply evidence-based practice and implement new knowledge in hyperbaric medicine.
Act as safety advocate and maintain hyperbaric safety environment.
Assist with updating safety policies and procedures.
Assist with patient transport as needed.
Document thoroughly in the EMR in a timely manner.
Comply with HIPAA and confidentiality standards.
May participate in onboarding and training of new staff.
Other duties as assigned.
