Job summary

The Center for Wound Healing & Hyperbaric Medicine, LLC is seeking a Hyperbaric Technician to administer hyperbaric oxygen therapy and associated diagnostic testing under physician supervision. You will ensure safe delivery, accurate documentation, and a patient-first approach in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Responsibilities include operating chambers, maintaining equipment, onboarding staff, and contributing to safety and quality initiatives while upholding HIPAA confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Licensed/Certified EMT, CNA, or CMA with state or national licensure.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
• Adheres to HIPAA and patient confidentiality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate hyperbaric chambers and related systems safely and effectively.
• Perform hyperbaric treatment and ancillary testing per physician orders.
• Provide a caring environment with a patient-first philosophy.
• Document care in the EMR accurately and timely.
• Onboard new team members and mentor as needed.
• Maintain safety policies and conduct quality improvement activities.
