Job summary

The Center for Wound Healing & Hyperbaric Medicine, LLC seeks a Hyperbaric Technician to administer hyperbaric oxygen therapy and related diagnostic testing under physician supervision. You will ensure safe operation of chambers and maintain equipment while delivering comprehensive patient care.

You will document care in the EMR, uphold HIPAA and safety standards, support onboarding, and participate in performance improvement activities to enhance outcomes.

Qualifications

• Licensed EMT, CNA, or CMA with state/national licensure/certification.
• 2+ years hands-on clinical experience; hyperbaric exposure preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication and patient-care skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate hyperbaric chambers and related support systems safely and effectively.
• Perform chamber operations and routine maintenance as required.
• Provide a patient-first environment and compassionate care.
• Ensure accurate documentation in the EMR in a timely manner.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality of patient information.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new team members as needed.
• Adhere to safety policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Support patient transport and other duties as assigned.
