• Patient Monitoring: Record vital signs,take wound photos, and collect cultures.
• Documentation: Log healing progress andtreatment notes in electronic medical records.
• Assistance: Turning, prepping , educatingpatients in conjunction with the primary Wound Care Nurse

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or GEDequivalent.
• Certifications: CNA (Certified NursingAssistant), MA (Medical Assistant), or EMT, plus CPR.
