Charleston-AMG Specialty Hospital is seeking a FullTime Wound Care Nurse (RN or LPN) to evaluate new and existingin/out patient’s wound and monitors and treats the wound as per treatmentpolicies and procedures. Provide direct and indirect patient care in thelong-term acute care setting. Communicate with physicians/CCO/co-workers,as appropriate about changes in patient’s clinical condition including resultsof diagnostic studies and symptomatology. Respond quickly and accuratelyto changes in patient’s condition or response to treatment. Additionally,is able to perform general nursing duties in all departments with adequatesupervision. Wound Care certification preferred!
